10/09/2008 Just a note with reference to the recent system upgrade undertaken at our new premises The entire process went really well, and everyone involved knew exactly what they were doing and at what point, which given we were also moving to new premises at the time made a huge difference to how well the upgrade / install went! The upgrade not only went well from a technical aspect, but all of the relevant people involved were a real pleasure to deal with throughout. Can you please pass on our thanks to Christie, David, Barry, Justin and Gary who all played a valued part in how well the installation was delivered. I just wanted to pass my thoughts on to you, as so often people are quick to criticise poor service, but also pretty slow to credit when they received a high standard of service. In closing, please don’t hesitate to let me know if you require a client testimonial at any point Yours Sincerely Nick Phipps, Director, Oak Travel

10/09/2008 Just to let you know that our upgrade on the 10th September 2008 seems to have gone very well. Gary and Justin were fantastic – all seemed very effortless – well from our end it did! I was really pleased with the way it went as they did everything they said they’d do and they were more than helpful” Yours Sincerely Brenda Duncan Duncans Travel
